In a recent report by McClatchy News, the troubling case of Deputy Jonathan Espiritu, accused of domestic violence, brings to the forefront the alarming issue of abuse of power within law enforcement, and the fact that such abuses are almost never reported, encouraging continuing and worsening abuses by officers as time passes, as each officer believes they are within their rights to abuse others however they please, and are unlikely to face any punishment for their wrongdoings.  Above is the video showing Mwalimu Mtaalam Ras Fletcher teaching a very effective strangle defense from Njia Uhuru Kipura, a powerful self-defense system which is renowned for its great women warriors, its genius at neutralizing larger, brute force aggression and skill attackers, and which would have helped the victim in this report below.  Here is the report:  “A deputy is accused of attempting to strangle a woman when she tried to end their relationship, California prosecutors say. Milwaukee woman jailed for 11 years for killing her abuser Share Getty Images A Milwaukee woman has been jailed for 11 years for killing the man that prosecutors said had sex trafficked her as a teenager. The sentence, issued on Monday, ends a six-year legal battle for Chrystul Kizer, now 24, who had argued she should be immune from prosecution. Kizer was charged with reckless homicide for shooting Randall Volar, 34, in 2018 when she was 17. She accepted a plea deal earlier this year to avoid a life sentence. Kizer said she met Volar when she was 16, and that the man sexually assaulted her while giving her cash and gifts. She said he also made money by selling her to other men for sex. An investigation by the Washington Post found that authorities had evidence, including video, that Volar was abusing about a dozen girls including Kizer - a

I did see a number of things [ that I’m sure that Izzy and his coach Gene Bareman and other members of CKB saw ] that can be taken from this tough loss that’ll send Izzy back to strapping the belt around his waist in about a year’s time. But first? Congratulations on the win to DDP and all of his fans. DDP is still a colonizer, recipient of enormous benefits resulting from stripping the riches, resources of the land of my people and lavishing them upon his invading, colonizing kinfolk and his win stemmed directly from that horrible legacy. And we will get it back, ejecting him from the strap and eject all colonizers from Alkebulan miscalled Africa. But not now.  Because DDP is the rightful champion.  He won it not only fair and square but in the way that an actual well rounded MMA champion shou

Raphael Bluteau, in 1712, misnamed this intricate and diverse martial art from Kongo as "Capoeira." Originally, Capoeira encompassed a wide range of fighting techniques, including open-hand strikes, headbutts, elbows, knees, sweeps, grappling, weapon use, and unique footwork, all of which were functional for combat. This comprehensive approach to combat was a hallmark of the Kipura techniques from Kongo. ### Historical Context and Migration Capoeira's roots can be traced back to the African continent, particularly Alkebulan and Kongo, where diverse martial arts were practiced. When enslaved Africans were forcibly brought to the New World, they carried these fi
