My friend Dennis during our first meeting around 2015. We came out and did some light sparring. It was fun. Notice how my Njia Uhuru Kipura confounds traditional Cardio Capoeira in every way, because my Njia Uhuru Kipura is vastly superior. We are the only Gym on Earth that maintains the authentic skills, spirituality, languages, healing techniques, etc. of Kipura from Kongo and scientifically improve upon and expand upon every facet of Kipura in order to meet the challenges of the modern world.
