There are many self defense, health, healing and spiritual applications...including with the L-Pattern Ngoma Ishara wa L ["Dancing L-Symbol/Pattern" ]...within the genuine self defense and whole human development art of Kipura from Kongo [ miscalled "Capoeira" in the year 1712 by Raphael Bluteau ] and improved upon, modernized, streamlined in my Njia Uhuru Kipura.  This art has been lost in Brazil, but I have retained and developed it.
