RAS AND PHIL STANCE CHAIN APPLICATIONS

Decades before the notion of stance and lead switches became popular in MMA, self defense instructors and even other sport combat instructors [ especially sport combat expressions of TKD, Judo, Wrestling, Karate, Gungfu, Savate, etc ] have loong both utilized and extolled the importance of Stance Switching. But very few people have shown that the Stances themselves are weapons that allow you to manipulate, put a great deal of pressure upon, disturb, disrupt, buckle, direct and literally both guide and control the stance, posture etc of another person.
