In America, Brazil and other places there has been tremendous gun violence; particularly with police shooting Black men, and random mass gun shootings. Unlike other self defense teachers, and especially unlike the Cardio Capoeiristas who only play in rodas and applaud to music...my family's style of self defense is authentic. We are focused on real world instances. That is why something can happen on the streets, we see it on the news...and I and ONLY I and my family have Kipura/"Capoeira" techniques ALREADY ON FILM that will work/be helpful under those circumstances.

This is a terrible instance that happened in the state of Maryland, country of America. A police officer stopped a Black man as the Black man attempted to enter the house that the Black man owned. The Black man was previously halted on a routine traffic violation. The Black man was not engaged in any criminal activity.

Este é um terrível exemplo que aconteceu no estado de Maryland, país da América. Um policial parou um homem negro como o homem negro tentou entrar na casa que o homem negro propriedade. O homem negro foi previamente interrompida em uma infração de trânsito de rotina. O homem negro não estava envolvido em qualquer atividade criminal.

I do not want to be disrespectful to anyone. I am sure that the Cardio Capoeira people in the video above are kind and good people. But I know that there are no Cardio Capoeiristas in this world that teach the authentic skill and art of my ancestors. The real skill that we show looks like what I teach here:

Por que seu Mestre de Capoeira nao ensenarte  como usar seus tecnicas pra lutar policia tmbm criminales como eles? Eles nao te ensena porque eles nao saben os tecnicas autenticas. Nao praticam o estilo de meus antepassados. Praticam uma estilo pra exercicio, danca solamente. Isso estilo ta chamada "Cardio Capoeira". Nao e pra auto defesa.

Why didn't your Cardio Capoeira Mestre teach you this technique if they are from or their teachers are from Brazil and they know the REAL self defense techniques? They didn't teach you because they don't know the authentic techniques of self defense that my ancestors practiced and which I modernized and teach. They never learned, never practiced, don't want to learn and don't want to practice the genuine authentic Kipura/"Capoeira" of Afrika and all Afrikans worldwide. What they practice is for exercise, for dance, for fun. Not for self defense. What I practice covers self defense and everything else, too.
