ATACX GYM STREET WARRIOR CAPOEIRA SUPLEX AND USING ROLE AS AN ATTACK



This video is yet another first for Capoeira history. I created the first viable, real world Capoeira self defense gun disarm, and this is the first time ever that the entrance into the role and the bend of the knee while executing a role is used as a real world attack that can maim and injure.
