 I do not wish to insult anyone,but  I am going to offend many Cardio Capoeiristas. Cardio Capoeiristas are people practicing "Capoeira" because "Capoeira" is a fun activity, as well as to receive the benefits of exercise. This group of people form the numerical majority of people who want to learn "Capoeira".

Why have you abandoned the practice and protection of the practice of justice, equality, honor? If you are an authentic Kipura/"Capoeira" warrior, why are you quiet when this happens in America?

If you believe in community, if you believe in culture and music and helping children, then where are you? Why are you not helping us to fight to save our own lives in America and Brazil?

There are Cardio Capoeiristas in Russia. Why aren't you helping the good people of Russia to fight injustice in Russia?

These are the real and authentic issues of our lives. These are challenges that cannot be solved by singing dancing and clapping hands in a circle. These are the challenges that our real warrior ancestors faced and defeated. Our ancestors faced fought beat and outsmarted corrupt government, racist police, and social injustice. Our ancestors faced fought and defeated honorable and dishonorable warriors practicing different fighting styles of war and self defense.

Estas são as questões reais e autênticas de nossas vidas. Estes são desafios que não podem ser resolvidos por cantar dançando e batendo palmas em um círculo. Estes são os desafios que os nossos antepassados verdadeiro guerreiro enfrentou e venceu. Nossos antepassados enfrentaram disputada batida e enganou governo corrupto, a polícia racistas, e da injustiça social. Nossos antepassados enfrentaram lutou e derrotou honrosas e desonrosas guerreiros que praticam diferentes estilos de luta de guerra e de auto-defesa.

Let us be honest. If you are not practicing the authentic skills and techniques of self defense...which almost every Cardio Capoeira Mestre does not want to know, want to learn, or want to teach because they are not the techniques of your rodas...you are not learning or practicing the authentic art of war, the true art of the Afrikan heart, mind, spirit, philosophy, culture of my ancestors.

Sejamos honestos. Se você não está praticando as habilidades autênticos e técnicas de auto-defesa ... que quase todos os Cardio Capoeira Mestre não querem saber, querem aprender, ou quer ensinar porque não são as técnicas de suas rodas ... você é não aprender ou praticar a arte autêntica de guerra, a verdadeira arte de Afrikan o coração, mente, espírito, a filosofia, a cultura de meus ancestrais.

My family keeps and guards many of the authentic ways of the authentic art of my ancestors. If we are to be honest, we must see that the proof of history, the proof of self defense skills, shows without question that all of you practicing Cardio Capoeira...that includes 99.9% of all "Capoeiristas" regardless of style... are NOT practicing, do not want to know, and don't know the authentic skills of self defense of our ancestors.

Minha família mantém e guarda muitas das formas autênticas da arte autêntica dos meus antepassados. Se quisermos ser honestos, temos de ver que a prova de história, a prova de habilidades de defesa pessoal, mostra, sem dúvida, que todos vocês que praticando Capoeira Cardio ... que inclui 99,9% de todos os "Capoeiristas" independentemente do estilo. .. não están praticando, não querem saber, e não conhecem as habilidades autênticas de auto-defesa de nossos antepassados.
