#CAPOEIRA ATACXGYM STREET WARRIOR MKAO OSOOSI ROCKING SWEEP







In addition to showing a rocking sweep that is part of the staple basics that I teach along with the Mkao Osoosi, I am the first teacher on Earth to show that the proper structure of the Mkao itself prevents bigger, stronger, heavier people from knocking or drive tackling the person using the Mkao Osoosi down flat on their back.
